This incident occurred a couple of months ago, and I initially chose not to say anything. However, the experience has stayed with me. I overheard an APRN with black scrubs and blonde hair speaking to staff in a manner that I found unprofessional and disrespectful. The interaction created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and I do not see how anyone could feel supported working in that environment. Because of this experience, I chose not to return. Dr. Harris was informative, polite, happy and upbeat great bedside manners.
Great doctors here, but Barbara, who answers the phone, is the nicest person I've ever talked to. I really hope she gets recognized. Barbara has always treated me with great respect.
