New to Madisonville and found a need to utilize the services of Trover Clinic, now called Baptist Clinic. I was received with the utmost courtesy and service from the Front Desk, and through the necessary formalities prior to seeing the Doctor. Yes I had to wait a few minutes but I was efficiently passed through the system and soon saw the Dr. Jones who provided me with exceptional care. If you're in need of emergency care or a clinic, here's a hint. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It'll take less time than waiting for them to get up. At one point, I sat in the waiting room of the clinic, almost delirious with fever, for over an hour, even though there were only three other people, two of which had come in after me. And don't even bother with the emergency department. Unless you're immediately dying, they almost won't look twice at you.
