Petition to have this office closed. I’ve never had so much trouble trying to get someone to pick up the phone, let alone wait 2 months to not even have an appointment yet.
This is one of the worst medical providers I have ever had the displeasure of “doing business” with I put that in quotations because they refuse to treat patients or even pick up the phone to address questions from licensed medical providers. If you care about you or your family’s health please find a provider that also has the slightest bit of care too. This place and these people are not it. Disgraceful.
I've been trying to get test results from May since then. The nurse got rude with me and slammed the phone down.
Called to ask why they hadn't called my doctor or me about my referral to them. The woman on the phone was rude and complained to me about the problems they faced. She said that I didn't care about their problems and why they were backed up, like I was a problem to them. I was calm and told her I was not upset or mad, just wondering why I hadn't heard a call since my referral since a month ago. Very snippy and not nice.
