I would like to start off by saying that I rarely leave reviews, but after today I felt like I need to. Today I went for my new patient appointment. The ladies at the front desk were a breath of fresh air. So full of energy and so so sweet. When I was called back for my appointment the nurse that took me back was so nice and easy to talk to. best care ever
Petition to have this office closed. I’ve never had so much trouble trying to get someone to pick up the phone, let alone wait 2 months to not even have an appointment yet.
This is one of the worst medical providers I have ever had the displeasure of “doing business” with I put that in quotations because they refuse to treat patients or even pick up the phone to address questions from licensed medical providers. If you care about you or your family’s health please find a provider that also has the slightest bit of care too. This place and these people are not it. Disgraceful.
I've been trying to get test results from May since then. The nurse got rude with me and slammed the phone down.
