This place needs to be under investigation immediately. They have a provider( Stephanie Via) that works for them, that has been found accessing medical records of people not under her care. She has exploited this information to harm others not just that, but went as far as accessing medical records regarding a crucial case involving a minor ( 3 months old ) who is a victim of an ongoing child abuse case. This company recently bought out my Eye doctor office in Corpus Christi TX. I as a patient of that clinic have to now find another doctor because Bsptist Health decided to no longer accept my insurance. The information I received was that my insurance was competition. How can a Health plan be in competition with a Heslth system Seems more likely that the decision to drop my insurance was based on discrimination of religious affiliation
My seven day stay at the Mariner hospital in Tavenier, FL was an excellent experience. On vacation, I contracted Corona virus, Rhinovirus & had double pneumonia. The staff attacked my condition, provided care equivalent to the best teaching hospitals in the Philadelphia, PA area (where I reside), and I was able to be discharged on the 7th day. Great, caring treatment by the doctors & nurses!
It took them 2 weeks to call in my prescription, even though my pharmacy requested for refill 3 times. My advice will be to avoid the Baptist east completely.
