Surgery was done on the wrong site. One hears about these incidents and never think it will happen to you. I'll never trust this place again.

A poor experience that left my health issues unresolved. I spoke with the Supervisor to report the problem. I made a suggestion that was not in their Pre-op policy. Perhaps they will change that policy now that I had a poor outcome.
Great Staff. Great experience. No complaints.
As far as I can tell, procedure went fine for my mother, but the manners in which some of them chose to speak to me was like chiding a missbehaving child. The Dr was great. The staff all had different answers for things. 1 says yes you can do this, the next says no.
