you are just a number to him. My wife was his patient. Every time she went to the hospital in boca he never called and never came to see her. When I informed them of her passing, they didn't even offer their condolences. He never called, his staff never called. If you work with him, you're just a number, not a person. Also her tretmeant started late because he wouldnt respond to the insurance company. Dr Mathew is a methodical and precise oncology physician that saved my life 3 years ago, after having been diagnosed with internal stage 4 melanoma, with up to 30 tumors on my vital organs and skeleton. Worst medical experience of my life. Office acts like the surgery center has nothing to with them. Called the office the morning after as I am in severe pain they said we can see you in a month. So put a person under anesthesia which is your responsibility along with me being your patient and when I call Dr Sonderlings office they basically told me to deal with it they could see me in a month. Never use this center or Dr. They didnt listen when I told them the prep didnt work and did the procedure anyway which is I bel... read more

Technical staff very nice and friendly. Accounting is useless, waste of time to even phone in advance becuase they have no clue of what they are doing and they don't even tell you in advance that the figures they give you are an estimate.

I recentl𝚢 went in for a sleep study. The initial call from Aimee in setting up the study was welcoming. The night I went for my sleep study in meeting Dawn who heads the department made me feel welcomed. When you come in contact with the worker who loves their job, it makes all the difference in the world and Da𝚠𝚗 loves her job. So I just wanted to say, if you were trying to schedule your sleep study, rest assure that D𝚊𝚠𝚗 will take 𝚐𝚘𝚘𝚍 care of you. Thank you..

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE, NASTY, DO NOT CARE ABOUT HUMAN HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THEIR AMBULENCE DID NOT RUSH ME TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL I WOULD HAVE DIED. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME IN THE ER WHEN I WENT THERE. I CALLED 911 FROM THEIR LOBBY AND THE AMBULENCE THERE RUSHED ME TO JFK WHERE I WAS TREATED IMMEDIATELY. I WAS SO ILL THY SAID I WOULD HAVE DIED IF I LEFT IN THE TAXI . IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH NEVER GO TO BETHESDA WEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
