First off- this is inside the main hospital! (would NEVER have chosen it if I had known) Not friendly on the phone *I made 3 calls each were sterile and to the point* AND explained I and from out of state. So a little more grace and kindness or heck common courtesy like "thank you for dropping by" or "how can I help you"- shucks " how are you" would be cool too - NO ..,, wait- a smile yeah THAT - please try to smile at customers - it will make your customers think you WANT customers rather than how I felt which "was in the w... read more
Nice stuffs.
Our drug plan had another preferred pharmacy. After a few months, we moved our prescriptions back to Baptist. Prices were no different and maybe better, but the service was so much better and always rendered with a smile. Thank you!
I’ve been using them since my heart surgery 1 1/2 years ago. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Never a long wait if any and always refills promptly!
