Told to arrive 30 minutes early. Checked in at the front desk, and the receptionist, Crystal, created an unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. I was already uncomfortable about being there due to unexpected circumstances. I arrived as instructed and waited more than 30 minutes past my scheduled arrival time before being taken back.
