My daughter was taken to ER by ambulance after the police informed her that her spouse committed suicide. They did nothing for her. Nothing to calm her, no sedation. She was freezing after about an hour they brought her a blanket and a bottle of water. At 3:30 am she got up and said I am better off at home. They called a taxi. This is unforgivable. My daughter was devastated and they didn’t care.
today was a horrible experience, for me I did not feel my needs were attended too, know blood work, no real test Nothing for intense pain, I felt a lack of compassion, and didnt feel heard
Went to the Emergency Dept on 4/6 /2022 at 3 pm sit there for over 4 hours to get getting excuses as to why not seen . its not safe to take anyone there because they will get worse or die several said they were going to try and get to ST Frances to try and get help.they need to get the AMA involved about this hospital and get something done about the way the hospital is run .
My husband is a liver transplant patient. He went there very sick. It took them all day to do a COVID test and send him home to go to the doctor if symptoms got worse!
They have bad doctors. Can't get my wife transferred to another hospital. Knowing that she isn't getting properly treatment Can't get in touch with anyone that over the hospital. They want let you talk to anyone that owns it.my wife can't speak or move on her own
