I’ve seen doctors both internationally and across the US and the clinicians here are exceptional. They are well-researched and will spend time with you to actually discern what you need. For me, knowing my doctor actually cares about me makes a world of difference. You won’t get this heart anywhere else in Nola.
This is a horrible clinic. The staff are extremely rude and even hung up on me.I was told over the phone that I can do a walk in then they tried to have me reschedule for nearly a month out. Very disorganized. These people are delusional. I am a caretaker by nature and these folks are not following the mission of Baptist Healthcare Facilities. They are looking for malice behavior and didn’t ask questions just moved on pure manipulation. I brought in a lady that had been abused & neglected by family and a PACE organization. I met her vicariously by way of need which I felt God sent he directly to her door. She wreaked with facies and her clothing was soiled. I am a medical transportation provider that saw a need. I will be finding a new doctor ASAP. So disappointed by this clinic's policies regarding controlled medications. I take a controlled medication for ADHD but also for a chronic illness that is very disabling without the medication (stimulants help the condition). I left town for the month, assuming they would send the prescription to the pharmacy where I'm located. There are no laws preventing this from happening, it is Baptist's own policy that is leaving me unmedicated with a disabling condition until I'm back in New Orlean... read more
I’m Dumb founded about how this PEDIATRIC Doctors office handles Kids to be seen by their Doctor here!! I’ve been coming here for 32 yrs. and never needed an appt. My son has an issue that needs to be seen now and I was referred to Urgent Care stating his Doc was out til January and I couldn’t get an Appt. til then or next week!
