Friendly, helpful, courteous and compassionate. Took the time to listen and understand the problem and get it resolved. So unlike many recent doctor experiences elsewhere they never made me feel rushed or my concerns unimportant. Thank you to the entire staff especially Kendal, Diane and especially Dr. Pounds. You are a blessing.
Dr. Katrina White and her team (Diana, Nichole and Demetria) were kind, non judgmental, thorough and quick! I am really grateful for them as my primary care. I have a go to that I can trust and would drive from any part of the city for this medically excellent and heartfelt care. The communications by email and text were just right and the follow up on every need made me feel fully cared about. Just go see them! It’s a ministry here.
I truly love the hospital. I mean, saint James and it's the best place to go. You work on a lot in here fun then you got great doctors
