Extremely rude!! Google says infusion center closes at 5pm. I arrived at 4:20 pm for a repeat injection. The front desk was rude and told me they leave at 4:30 and therefore I would need to move my appointment time up. I told them I was sorry and had just gotten off work, then they proceeded to ask me where I work as if I was lying. I myself work in healthcare and would never treat a patient so unprofessionally and with so little empathy!!
Every was very knowledgeable. They were nice and told me everything I was going to have done. Good experience.
The wait was very long. I had an appointment at 8:30am and arrived at 8:15am. I was not seen for my ultrasound until 9:25am, which means I waited close to an hour to be seen, even though I arrived on time. The imaging technician was great, I have no complains. However, after my insurance was bill it turned out that I was over charged about $100 for my ultrasound. I called the billing center to inquire about this and the billing person was very rude.
