This office is very nice and full of compassionate and knowledgeable nurses and doctors! I've never had a bad experience here.
I visited Baptist Cancer Center-DeSoto, of Southaven, Ms., for the first time in December 2023. When I was having someone help me fill out my intake forms, a white receptionist, told me the person couldn't come back with me unless I put her down to have access to my records. WHAT?? I've been seeing doctors for over 25 years. I've never given any outsider access to my records and ANYBODY has always been able to come back with me. No doctors' office has ever said that. EVER! Since my father was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer :( the doctors, nurses and staff have treated us with the upmost respect and have made this journey more bearable for the both of us. They have gone above and beyond to see that we are as comfortable as possible. They've provided transportation to and from my dad's treatments and follow up since our van broke down. They ordered my dad a wonderful chemo care package that made him cry. Happy tears. We do not feel alone in my dad's journey anymore. I could write a novel on ... read more
