everyone was so nice. i felt like i was a person not a money sign the front staff was very sweet amd they did good on the social distancing. i was so pleased.
This is the most unprofessional radiology center I have ever dealt with. What’s the point of making appointment and having patients travel a great distance just to sit in your waiting room and after an hour karen breaks it to you that the radiologist needs to go for the holidays and they can’t see you. Very unprofessional
The very nice lady that helped me with my follow up exam appointment. Very helpful. Also having a doctor on duty that reads your sonogram and gives you a report right away so you don't have to wait for the results in the mail.

Takes to long to get your results back, then once you do, and they come back with findings, no on who understands why contacts you??? Then to get a follow diagnostic is a week or two later??? I feel that there is not any compassion for their patients, I am a nervous wreak waiting to find out what they found. Also took in my previous mammos, because I just moved to San Antonio, and the 4 findings were reduce to two, and the two others are waiting to be looked at via a Ultrasound.
