My Wife is a Parkinson/diabetic patient and is on a home care package from Baptcare. We are very satisfied with the carers and the service she receives from Baptcare. The only criticism is the poor communication that occurs from time to time. For example, one of the carers took sick leave and the office staff was not aware whether she was back from sick leave.We had to ring the office and inform that she has not turned up for the shift.
