Good customer service team working the counter. Very respectful, quick, and if they make a mistake, they own up to it.
Years ago, there were folks here who I could actually work with. I brought a handful of items to color match since phone and email seem to be problematic. The desk clerk seemed to care less and told me that "there's a guy who works here that does that kind of work, they're on the road, backlogged and wouldn't get to anything I needed color matched for months" And even than, there's no guarantee. Great people to work with, ppg is what they focus on. If you don't know, Ppg / Shopline+ lays down really nice and comes out free of orange peel if you have a decent gun and know how to spray. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AND VERY ACCOMMODATING/HELPFUL.
