I can appreciate Bap Geon but the people that work there do not have good customer service skills. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who left a review saying that you have to be careful of prices. I will also add, compare the prices with the dealer. Sometimes the prices are higher for a none manufacturer brand than what you can by it from the dealer. I was quoted 10 dollars higher than the dealer for a coolant expansion tank. Ordered plenty of part's. Great people.
I went to pickup my part, I gave my name, I told him that I called already the Gentleman said that we don't go by name, and we don't have it,I was about to leave and their was 2 others their at the counter, on the phone,he went to the back,one lady got up and reach back behind the other person and got the package, he stated that their was no communication here, and that they needed to leave notes I just got my parts and left
