We used Bao Tran Builders for a whole house renovation. Scope of work included - architectural design - reconfigured house, moved kitchen to different area - expanded by 700 sq ft, and added new family room and master suite - new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, paint - bathrooms - flooring - basically, no room was untouched It took us several months to go through the planning process and plan approval. I had the pleasure of working with Cody on my house complete architecture makeover with additions in 2018. I was very impressed with his expertise, and various recommendations to improve the house. Cody seamlessly worked with all his subcontractors, kept us updated and was always available to answer any questions we had. The house came out great and was delivered on time. We had a few issues of water leak a few years later and Cody was very prompt in addressing them. I could not have asked for better after sales service :)
