I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Thai and her incredible team. I have felt seen and heard, which is rare in today’s healthcare system. Dr. Thai is empathetic and caring, and has a holistic approach to her care. She takes the time to truly listen to my needs, making sure I am an active participant in the treatment planning process. Poor bedside manner, lack of compassion and empathy from staff. Doesn't follow thru or call back when she says she will. Still waiting for that call back on my test results. Clearly communicated that I was stressed and have been waiting on my results. Haven't heard anything at all.
No one answers their phone
Dr Thai has been our family doctor for the last 5 years. She is personable, compassionate and takes the time to really listen. I highly recommend her.
