0 STARS! It has been more then 6 months since I cut my hair here and it was the biggest mistake and a waste of money my hair hasn't grown since then she cut my hair way shorter than I asked for... I HATE IT! I reviewed here previously when they didn't cut my hair the way I want and had to pay 30 dollars.

The service was exceptionally accommodating, and I was promptly assisted as a walk-in. The process was efficient and effective, and I would certainly consider returning.

disappointed because i went yesterday for a trim for my layers, and asked for side bangs, they took about 5 inches off my hair and my layers were thick and up to my ear. the lady said she left my length along but the layers were so uneven in thickness. she had about 85% of my hair up to my ear and left 15% of my hair just at my shoulder. my hair was long and about 5 inches down my shoulder. they don't cut thick and wavy hair correctly... i will not be back at all and I wish I never went here

I am very disappointed. I didn’t get the haircut I wanted and it was too late when I realized. I am never going back. I asked for shoulder length and told her my hair is wavy and she cut my hair up to my neck it’s a lot shorter than I wanted.
