One star for Customer Service. The Gym is a bit better than 24hr Fitness, but not nearly as good as some of the nicer clubs in san jose that we have been to. The one star is for Customer Service or lack there of. My father and I joined during the summer and were happily going here for a few months. My father hurt himself at work and could not longer attend so we decided to cancel the membership and sent in a letter in september to cancel the service. Wife loved it – My wife went here two weeks ago for a hair care treatment. She wanted me to post this review to say that her hair has never looked better! Two weeks later, her hair still looks shiny and healthy. I think we will be returning soon!
