I’ve only been here for 3 months and 1 day, and my home has already been broken into. I intentionally waited before saying anything so I could get a real sense of living here. Up until now, things were going well—my fridge was replaced promptly, and communication with the community manager has been solid. However, this situation raises a serious concern: if there is security on-site, what exactly are they securing? I’ll provide updates as I learn more.
I visited the property today and knew I had to write a review! The second I met Imani, she made sure to go above and beyond to help me. I’ve never met someone so knowledgeable Who genuinely enjoys their job at an apartment community. Someone who lived there stopped in while we were talking and she did an amazing job making me feel like a priority while still answering them.
If I could give this community/company 0 stars I would. When we first moved in, we absolutely loved it and had no issues. Over time there was a huge communication breakdown on their part, homes were being broken into with no care for the safety of residents, and the biggest issue of hidden fees being added every month. We would pay rent but then the next month have different fees with complete BS reasons. Danielle at Banyan Preserve has been tremendous.
I lived here for almost 2 years and was hesitant to live in such a questionable area, but the houses themselves were pretty nice. At first, management was communicative and somewhat friendly although the gate would break every other week and random people would be wandering around - but this past year new management took over who were some of the most incompetent, negligent people I’ve ever dealt with.
