Banyan has been the absolute pinnacle of my steps towards sobriety. Their staff are kind and attentive. Program and classes are extremely useful and is an overall amazing environment to encourage and support rehabilitation with alcohol and substance abuse. This was the first and hopefully last rehab I go to. I was sceptical on coming to rehab, but they were very welcoming. The food was good,they have a open salad bar all night. Aswell a pool and jucuzzi. More than anything it was nice to be surrounded by people that understood my disease. After 2 years and 8 months of sobriety, I relapsed and came to Banyan Palm Springs. The incredible staff here helped me work through deep traumas of my past, improve the outlook of myself, and detox of substance abuse. The case managers comforted me as they listened to my goals and needs. The therapists set me up with a long term treatment plan. I attended the IOP program at Banyan as well. Banyan is a wonderful place to go if you need help. The staff here cares. Ebony, my case mama her was on top of everything happening on the outside so I could focus on my recovery on the inside. My therapist Katrina cares and she is an absolute gem. I feel ready to conquer the world. And I know banyan has my back if I need it. I would recommend Banyan to anyone seeking help
I’ve never felt so supported and respected as soon as i stepped foot into this facility. I needed a hug and support and from intake to discharge i got the care I needed. Banyan, is about positivity, accountability and teaches you how to deal with the problems you encounter. Banyan literally saved my life and I’m so incredibly grateful for the staff and the support they gave me. I would 100% recommend for a loved one or someone fighting addiction.
