I have had the pleasure of touring with the sweetest apartment staff i have ever met. Cheere’ and the property manager were super helpful, honest, and flexible with me. I loved everything I seen during my personal tour from the amenities to the unit. If you’re considering even just touring this complex you will love it! Thank you ladies! Update: Ami was an amazing edition to my experience! Super happy that I chose the Banyan Flats.
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not worth the amount you pay. Garage gate was broken about 50-75% of my year lease. Amenities not unkept. A bit unsafe in my opinion as well. The elevator is accessible to anyone & has access to all garage levels. Multiple cars were stolen with no arrests. Management also does a lot of impromptu inspections with short notice because most tenants just do what they want. This place is a joke. Three weeks ago, my car was towed just 18 minutes after I parked at 4 a.m. They told me it was because my car wasn’t registered. Annoying, but fair enough at the time. Fast forward to now , my car was towed again at 2:54 a.m., and this time they said it was because I’m a visitor who didn’t park on the 6th floor.
