Very nice place i had a great visit my leasing agent Cheree' Morgan was very knowledgeable on everything and she made me comfortable about living there and answering all of my questions i had i would recommend this place to everyone who’s interested in it
We toured Banyan Flats in June, chose an apartment that was to be empty by mid July, selected our move in date August 2nd & arranged for truck, trailer & movers on that date. Learned a few days prior to move in that the tenants were allowed to extend their lease (breach of contract #1) so the apartment was not available until the 9th. Arrived at Banyan Flats at 2pm on Aug 9 with team of movers, 3 vehicles that had been drive. 3-5 hours ready to move in. Do not choose Banyan Flats Apartments! The tour may impress you, but first read the reviews from actual residents! I have had the pleasure of touring with the sweetest apartment staff i have ever met. Cheere’ and the property manager were super helpful, honest, and flexible with me. I loved everything I seen during my personal tour from the amenities to the unit. If you’re considering even just touring this complex you will love it! Thank you ladies!
