⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this building. From the moment I moved in, it’s been nothing but frustration. The building is infested with cockroaches, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done to properly address the issue. It’s unacceptable and disgusting to live in these conditions. On top of that, the management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Requests for maintenance are ignored or take weeks to be handled, and even then, the work is done poorly or incompletely. The updated landscaping, modernized common areas, and refreshed units with new flooring and appliances are impressive. Management communicates clearly about timelines and handles concerns promptly. The upgrades are worth it, and the community feels more vibrant already. Highly recommend checking it out!
