PLEASE READ EVERYTHING Let me just start this out with how TERRIBLE Banyan Bay has been. We hated every minute of living here. If we could give zero stars we would absolutely do so. The neighbors were very friendly and that is about the ONLY good think I have to say about this place. It's easier for me to make a list of all of the reasons why you may not want to live here besides the fact that it is extremely overpriced. 1.
