Exceptional service. The owner is super friendly and works with you. The salon is one stop shop for all of your beauty needs.
Amazing work, worked fast and worked with me to get my hair done in time for an appointment I had after. Absolutely great work, highly recommend. She does provide the hair and has other products in her store for your hair

Seriously had an appointment at 3 she asked me to come in at 4 fine by me I had to wait almost 20 minutes for her to arrive, I arrived 7 minutes earlier. Her and her dad talking crap about my mom in Haitian Creole when she left I understood everything I may not know how to speak it but I understand everything so disrespectful of you and I made sure to text my mom all the stuff she was saying. My sister had a disappointing experience getting box braids from Kettly. After noticing that some braids were uneven and not finished to the ends, she politely asked if they could be corrected. Instead, the stylist offered to refund her money and remove all the braids. The response was unprofessional and disappointing. Customers should be able to raise reasonable concerns without hostility. Situations like this make it hard to support black owned businesses. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this salon or be returning.
