I made an appointment over the phone for today at 9am. I was there at 9 it was closed. I called and waited. Long story short after waiting for over an hour they did not open or answer multiple calls and text. So I ended up driving 10 miles from my house only to waste my time and money since I have a Groupon for this place. I’m hoping to get a refund. And also today is my birthday. Smh
I don’t know how they have such a high rating, but I had booked with them for a certain day a week in advance and an hour before my appointment they decide to cancel with me and they gave me two different excuses on why. But thank god Groupon gave me my money back! Just unprofessional and very unorganized.
Would not recommend. Went in for a very overpriced pedicure for what I got. The nail polish was so thick it literally started falling off 4 days later. The sides all had thick lines of nail polish down them. Very unprofessional she took off my original nail polish then I was just sitting there while she was scrolling on her phone, didn’t even have my feet soaking, didn’t turn on the water until about 15 minutes after I was sitting there. Will not be back!
Pretty Women is under new management...Nail Creations. Excellent Pedicure. Still carrys the Dazzle Dry polish. Nice changes happening inside the salon.
