When I went to pill in the drive thru the line was Althea way out down the road that runs along side the building. I could not wait in that long of a li e it I would have been late to work. So I had to park and go in to pick up my online drive thru order. Not the first time it had been backed up, but this was the first time it was out the parking lot down the side street. I love the taste of Dunkin but sometimes it is very I inconvenient.
I had a very good experience opening up a checking account at this branch. The teller that helped me she was very sweet and knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a bank go to this location.
Sarah was amazing!!! So friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to work with her. It was an easy process. I even made a mistake on the paperwork and she corrected it with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend Banterra Bank for all your needs. Everyone was so happy and friendly and welcoming. Great place to do your baking business!
