Called on Friday 5/24/24 no answer (sounded like a fax machine tone). Chatted with someone who kept telling me to keep calling, that they would send a message. Made appt online for 1pm 5/26. Went early, kiosk displays completely empty no sign of anyone. Interior counters had papers, tape, etc. While waiting, got back on chat with Banter associate who didn't know anything. Guy at kiosk next to them said they've been gone for about a month (didn't like circumstances regarding construction adjacent). Company apparently doesn't ... read more

The girl was very nice and professional. We had a great experience.
BEWARE!!! My baby got her ears pierced here at the brea mall. And I got the protection plan. Well, the diamond fell out and I brought it to the brea mall location. Of which the two young young employees proceeded to tell me that they were already closing up for the night and that they weren't even supposed to work tonight so they would not be able to help me!
