Jordan pierced my daughters ears and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough with explaining the process to both my daughter and to us parents, explained after care, the stores current sale, and earing options for piercing. He was very personable, which made my daughter feel much more comfortable!

I bought a bracelet for my daughter, but after only a month and a half of use, it started to tarnish. When I bought the bracelet, the label and price tag indicated that it was 14K gold. On July 4, I had the opportunity to go back to the store where I purchased it and spoke with the store manager. He told me that the bracelet is actually made of silver with a gold plating, and in his opinion, it was in very good condition considering it had been worn for a month and a half.
