Had an amazing experience! Unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped but he was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I got a cartilage piercing done by him and I love it! Whichever employee has dark hair and an eyebrow and septum piercing tell him he did great!
They seemed nice but I couldn’t help but noticed that they were allowing customers to skip me in line. I was there replacing my lost earring so it’s not like I was indecisive. However, they kept skipping over me after checking in with me. I had been there before the other customers but kept being overlooked. I was the last person attended to and everybody else that had gotten there AFTER me where checked out and left while I was still waiting.
Love this store and the customer service and the manager (shay)! My favorite store to buy jewelry from! 🩷
