Dawn and Bree were amazing! Their customer service was top-tier they were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They upsold me without being pushy just by showing me exactly what I needed. I love coming here for all my Banter this place never disappoints!
Dawn was super awesome as she talked me through the process of choosing earrings and getting my ears pierced. She was very helpful and took care in answering all my questions. It was a great experience and my earrings look great!
Aimee and team were so amazing! She made sure my daughter and her dad were comfortable during the experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Briee at Banter Piercing in the mall is amazing! I seriously felt like I made a new bestie. She was so kind, patient, and caring the entire time. I took my sister-in-law to get her ears pierced for the first time, and Briee gave such helpful advice and walked her through every step. She made sure we were both comfortable and never rushed anything. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does.
