Naomi was super professional, kind, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly, kept everything clean and safe, and had the best customer service I’ve experienced. The piercing itself was quick and smooth, and they gave me really helpful aftercare instructions. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and takes pride in their work.
Naomi pierced my friends ears and did an amazing job. Told us all about the deals and stayed open and extra 40 minutes for us! She’s awesome

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, I visited this location to have my son's ears pierced and encountered a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience with an employee named Brie, who identified herself as the manager. From the start, her demeanor was rude and dismissive.
