Always wanted a second ear piercing but nervous. With Keith’s great customer service he was able to get me to face my fear and get my second piercing. He was kind and friendly and I didn’t make me feel nervous after all. I will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful experience at this store thanks to the manager, Keith Dougler. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. I brought my infant daughter in to have her ears pierced, and Keith handled the entire process with care and professionalism. He wore safety gloves, thoroughly cleaned her ears, and carefully marked the center points before piercing to ensure perfect alignment.
