Rico was fantastic! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the experience so easy. My wife is very happy with her new piece. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices are a bit high. Overall, great service and we appreciate Rico’s help!
I had a very disappointing experience at Banter due to my interaction with the sales associate, Fefe. I was completely misled regarding the Progressive Leasing option and was not properly informed about how the payments and terms actually worked. Because of this, I feel I was overcharged and placed in a situation I did not fully understand at the time of purchase.
