Staff was so kind while helping choose jewelry for my mom and were so helpful when providing ear piercings and gave great aftercare advice and directions!
I always come to banter at cherry creek to shop and see if they have something new! The ladies here especially Kimmy are always so kind and respectful towards me even though I don’t buy anything most of the time! They are always ask how my day is and treating me with the most cares as if I was their friend ! Highly recommend this place especially if want to grow your jewelry collection, banter cherry creek will always be my go to love the staff and jewelry !!
On Saturday during the holiday season, my mother and I visited the Banter location at Cherry Creek Mall to return a $240 gold necklace. When we requested the return, an employee named Kimmy Toledo told us they could not process the refund because the store had not yet met their sales numbers for the day.
