Kanika, Tierra,Tiara all were great assisting me with getting my grandson's ears pierced and picking out new jewelry. Nice people, great conversation, experience and customer service!!

I have been shopping at Piercing Pagoda for a very long time .. when I was a teenager, bringing my siblings and now bringing my kids. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashanti and it was such a great experience! My oldest was getting her second hole pierced and you would have thought Ashanti was her older sister!
