Marcos was amazing. He says he usually works in another store but anyway, I came in to exchange an item for a different one and he was pleasant, efficient, and fun to talk to. He found the item I wanted right away and handled the transaction. He even informed me about the sale in a smart way, not pushy or salesy, but in a way that made me actually check out the stuff instead of just saying no right away. Great person.
The woman who peirced our daughters ears last year clearly had covid. My daughter got covid. She gave it to her great aunt. Who died. We are in touch with a lawyer.
