Dante did a great job explaining the piercing process to us and making our son's first piercing experience a good one.

Melissa - the manager at this location is amazing. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with an online pickup order that banter e-commerce messed up. I’m definitely coming back to this kiosk specifically to shop with her.
We walked in without an appointment, and they were very accommodating. My daughter was crying, but they took the time to help her calm down. Great job!
