Visited today and the staff here were piercing a screaming baby -- not more than 2 years old -- holding her down as she cried and clearly did NOT want to be pierced. Really disturbing experience watching the staff ignore the baby's wails.
Mitchell did a wonderful job!!! Super helpful in help find a perfect chain for my daughter.
Aria was fantastic! Super easy and pain free!
