She said she couldn’t take a tip but that she would appreciate a review. So here it goes. Fran was phenomenal 🤩she educated me on the types of earrings that they offer and their perks. I ended up getting flatbacks. She was patient and answered all my questions. I found out that they do cartilage piercings so I will be back to get my helix done but I want her to do it
I went this morning to get new earrings because my daughter lost the back of her earring and we had the protection plan and the girl there was extremely rude. Unfortunately I did not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag. From the second I walked up she was very nasty. And when I was talking to her she rolled her eyes at me for asking a question.
Z and Denise at Cumberland Mall were awesome My two girls got there ears pierced today and they were super sweet and so patient with them memories were made w the girls thank you Z and Denise
Zionayra and Fran did an amazing job informing and helping me get two more helix piercings ! Both were incredible patient and kind when it came to explaining the procedure. I will be coming back to ask for them by name ! Wonderful job.
Brought my son to get his ears pierced and Fran did an amazing job with him. She was very sweet and nice. Thank you 😊
