I simply went up to the lady (darker skinned) sitting in this booth to ask where sephora is in the mall, she looked at me with such an attitude.. checked me out up and down and pointed behind her. This small interaction gave me all i needed to know, can’t imagine how the clients are treated. Think twice about asking someone from this booth directions around the mall!! Wish I knew.
Edward and Carrie were a breath of fresh air compared to a previous experience i had at another Banter location. They were pleasant attentive and extremely helpful.
Waited over an hour for them to open. No one showed up. No note was left for customer.
I went the other day window shopping for something specific to commemorate my mom's one year passing and to have something that would remind me of the day that I let her go to sea. I didn't have the intention of purchasing in the moment but to come back for a later time and so I was helped by a young lady that clearly needs more training on customer service.
