My daughter is going to 6th grade , she was very anxious. The assistant manager calmed her and took her through the process she was very helpful.
Madison was so kind, very knowledgeable and patient with my daughter getting her ears pierced. They look perfect! We will be back!
Went to get my 2 mo old’s ears pierced at the one in the Tyler mall and Yvette did a great job. Super patient and nice! Made sure the piercings were even and was even able to get lock backs so they were more comfortable than the traditional crown backings. Thanks again, Yvette!!
It was our first time at Banter. Wendi was so welcoming and friendly also very informative whenever we asked her questions. She was so gentle with my daughter’s ears during the whole piercing process. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting their ears pierced.
