John helped get my ears pierced (no appointment needed!) and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process to me thoroughly, including aftercare, and I am happy with my newly pierced ears! He even told me to come back in four weeks so he can make sure my ears are doing fine.
I just got my ears pierced this past Saturday and had such a wonderful experience unfortunately I forgot the associates name 13541643 but she aligned my piercings perfectly !
