Banter located in the Northeast Mall (Hurst, TX) provided me with the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The Store Manager Bailey, the Assistant Manager Sana, and their newest team member Kailyn made my ear piercing experience P H E N O M E N A L!!!! They all went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable, educated, and valued! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to see these beautiful ladies and get your piercing needs taken care of; especially if you’re a first timer like myself!!!!!

Don't buy here, baby gold earrings changed color after a few months and crusted up my kids ear. The girl was super defensive today and lying about how the gold could change colors depending on your skin. I guess being black their gold doesn't like us. But you are safer at Claire's, Zales,keys. Very disappointing. They seem trained to lie just to be right and have every answer for why their stuff changes. Go to forever 21 before here, you will know what you are getting.
