My daughter’s stone fell out of her earring after only 3 weeks of having them. I was in a panic and didn’t know what to do. Thankfully Lacey was very very helpful and beyond patient with both of my children and even took more time than needed to explain to my 7 and 4 year old the process and was so friendly to them! Definitely 10/10 recommend Lacey!
