Beware, they will sell you a warranty with out asking, they also try and sell the cleaning solution too. The first time the trigger didn’t go through so she did it 2x and it ended up coming out as it hurt real bad Finally went back to get a new hole pierced and they literally added the warranty without asking and up sell solution that’s way to big for what we need.
Katie was GREAT! She was patient and kind. She assisted my daughter with getting her second ear piercing and picking out a new necklace and charm for her birthday!
