Very professional service. My 2 year old got her ears simultaneously pierced here by Naomi and another very friendly jeweler. They were very gentle with my daughter and really helped her feel comfortable during the process. My baby barely cried. Then they have her a lollipop and some stickers to calm her down once they were done. It was a positive experience overall. I highly recommend Banter by piercing Pagoda for ear piercings, especially for little ones.
