The store manager, Ellana is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, has great recommendations, and you can tell she is passionate about her work! I previously had my third hole pierced twice at another piercer and was still disappointed in the mismatching locations along with the angle of the piercing. Ellana pierced my ear for the third time, and I was beyond satisfied! She took her time, made adjustments as we saw fit, and she actually pierced where she made the marks!
