Incredibly well crafted house made sausage and poutine. The attention to detail is at a height. The wine and beer selections are very thoughtful and diverse. There is a ton of experience in the ownership and they exude passion for the brand they created. A must for everyone that is into these great idea. There are some vegetarian options but not a ton but it seemed easy to substitute at will to accommodate your various diets
